The Win32 binaries for Ethereal 0.8.9 are available at:

http://ethereal.zing.org/distribution/win32/

With this version, I have used the 20000416 version of the GTK+ libraries
for Win32, which is the current version for the Gimp on Win32. The
same URL has a zip file of the required DLLs if you don't want to get
them from the Gimp site (http://www.gimp.org/win32).
