Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Portable Wireshark v1.2.10 no longer has WinPcap?

Hello!

Is it me or does
http://media-2.cacetech.com/wireshark/win32/WiresharkPortable-1.2.10.paf.exe
no longer have WinPcap included? When I run Wireshark, it tells me
WinPCap isn't installed. It used to install it when needed and then
uninstall after exiting Wireshark. I noticed the regular 32-bit Windows
installer still has it for installation. Why was the portable version's
removed?
