I have the same problem, see my posting here (dated from 2007-07-17)
 
 "Decrypt SSL fails with testcaseSampleCaptures/snakeoil2_070531.tgz"

I recommend you try the sample capture first before doing real life 
decryption. 

See  http://wiki.wireshark.org/SSL for how to get and decrypt the sample 
capture.
