You seem to mix SCSI and iSCSI.
SCSI uses special (parallel) cabling - I don't know any way to capture native SCSI "traffic".
iSCSI uses Ethernet (or probably other alike) cabling to transfer traffic, which WS can capture and decode AFAIK.
