Thanks Tyson,

it looks like we've got to support files that have 16 or 20 fec byes appended
to each packet. I'll extend the wiretap code to support this. 

For now, if you urgently have to process your files, you can change the value
of MP2T_SIZE in wiretap/mp2t.c and recompile
