Interesting.

I can reproduce that behavior with this trace.

But I just tried it with another protocol (in fact a fuzz'd one with plenty of
exceptions/malformed packets) and the display filter for the dissectors which
caused the exceptions still worked.

Maybe something else is going wrong in the OpenSafety dissector to disable
itself?  Or maybe I just wasn't lucky enough to hit whatever (non-dissector)
bug this case is exercising.
