Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

All the elem_xxx functions of the TLV parser of gsm_a_common create their own
subtree to display each IE. Except for elem_v_short ... so this doesn't look
nice at all (even barely readable since the IE name isn't included anywhere).
