Built using gcc 4.4.5.

Dear all,

in the File / Open window, my mpeg2 ts files (*.ts) are displayed as Format
Aethra .aps file. That's because dump_open_table_base[] is not sorted by
WTAP_FILE_... value and wtap_file_type_string() ends up reading the wrong
entry.

The attached patch moves mpeg2ts to the end of dump_open_table_base[] and does
other minor cleanup.
