Actually tshark *will* report the number of dropped packets to stderr, but only
if there are some.  (This can be easily verified by running tshark while
sending or receiving entirely too many packets for it to capture.)

Should tshark always list the number of drops, even if they're 0 (ala dumpcap
et al)?
