To what evaluation are you referring?  Are you saying that, for 
example, frame 7 doesn't have a sequence number of 1713673374 and an 
acknowledgment number of 1713674834, if you turn the "Relative sequence 
numbers and window scaling" option off?  Or is this a problem only if 
that option is turned on?
