a lot of routers will let you monitor traffic thru their own facilities.

     I'm trying to use a sniffer to check the traffic in a remote router that I have.  When I installed ethereal gives me traffic in the NIC of my PC.  How can I do a sniff on the ethernet port of a remote router?  Please let me know if I can do this.  Thanks in advance,
