Currently, you'd have to modify the RADIUS dissector to do that.

Yes, it might be nice if the RADIUS dissector read from a dictionary
(such as the dictionary that I think FreeRADIUS:

	http://www.freeradius.org/

has), rather than just having a hardwired dictionary; however, nobody's
contributed code to do that.
