I think LGPLing libwiretap would make sense. This would make libwiretap
available to other (non GPLed) applications than Ethereal. Gilbert, what
do you think about the idea? We will need to creat a list of all contributors
and ask them, but I think it would be worth the effort.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
