>From the screenshots, it looks as if you don't have the latest version
of GTK+ 1.2[.x] - Ethereal makes a GTK+ call to turn off the lines in
the tree window, but, until 1.2.4 or 1.2.5 or so, that call didn't work
in 1.2[.x] (it worked in 1.0[.x], but they broke it in 1.2[.x]).
